elnino2026.org is a free storm-prep site. It shows households the hazards official maps show for their address, and what to do about them.

It’s run independently by a sole proprietor. It isn’t a government site.

• Sandbag delivery

  Fee per accepted order

  Homeowners in the ZIP codes you cover ask for filled sandbags delivered. We pass each request to you.

  You decide whether to take it. If you do, you confirm the order, deliver, and charge the customer yourself.

  We charge a fee for each order you accept. The amount is set in a written agreement before any request reaches you.

• Home inspection

  Paid listing

  Storm and maintenance inspections only. Never inspections for a home purchase.

  You pay a flat listing fee. Your listing is marked “Paid listing” wherever it appears.

• Gutter and drain clearing

Inspector and gutter and drain listings aren’t live yet. We’re checking partners first, and nothing goes up until that’s done.

• We can’t promise any number of requests. It depends on the weather, the season and who’s looking.
• Applying is free.
• We never quote, negotiate or sign anything for you. Prices and terms are between you and the homeowner.

• Your license, in the state’s public license lookup.
• Your business registration.
• Your certificate of insurance.

What we don’t check: the personal or criminal history of owners or workers. We won’t describe partners as if we had.

• Listings are hidden while a weather warning is active. Safety steps come first.
• Listings never appear in printed plans, texts or warning alerts.
• A homeowner’s details are used only for their request and are never resold.
